New and Improved Polls and Q&A sound notifications

Scheduled - In this release we're:
- Stay on top of the conversation without watching the screen. New messages and replies play a sound and change the background colour so they're easy to spot. On by default for on-demand and simulive events (and can be turned off), and available to switch on for all other event types.
- We've taken everything you love about our polls and rebuilt them from the ground up - faster, slicker, and noticeably smarter. The full list of improvements is extensive, so please make sure you're subscribed to our marketing emails and our change log (https://workcast.canny.io/changelog) to hear the rest once we've rolled out. For now, these upgrades are available in WorkCast auditoriums and for live events (so not able to scheduled just yet).
