Investigating - We are seeing some issues with slide decks created in certain versions of Powerpoint once uploaded in the WorkCast Platform. We are investigating this currently. If you experience any issues with slide decks once uploaded to the WorkCast Platform please contact WorkCast Support or your Customer Success Manager as soon as possible.

Investigating - We are investigating where some Presenters in the WorkCast Studio are unable to view the presentation slides in Video Mode. If you are experiencing this issue please use one of the alternative viewing methods of ticking 'Use Image Mode' or 'Use Flash'.

IMPORTANT: Please note this does NOT effect the audience view of the presentation who are unaffected.

Resolved - Whilst HubSpot were migrating workflow functionalities, some features stopped working as they were before. HubSpot have now rectified this issue and services work as expected. The WorkCast to HubSpot event automation is performing as expected.
