During this update you may have limited access to your WorkCast Creator account.

In a move to safeguard user inboxes, Gmail and Yahoo Mail announced an enforcement of email best practices on emails sent to their Customers. Over the next few months, failure to comply can result in the email being sent straight to Customers' junk folder or rejected completely by email providers.

From today you will no longer see the 'Sender Email' field displayed as a free text field option within your account. You can still customise the 'Sender Name' 🙂, this only affects 'Sender Email'. WorkCast will automatically configure the sender email address within your account to comply with the Gmail and Yahoo changes.
